Americans,

I hope this note finds you well.  We've completed all of our planning sessions and are accelerating towards the September 1, 2008 launch date of blowoutcongress.com.  As promised, we've compiled a list of tasks where we need help.  If you have expertise in a given area, please reply via email at volunteer@blowoutcongress.com and we'll coordinate by phone.  These help requests are a Wiki type collaborative effort, and we need to be factually correct in all that we do or we lose our credibility.  Keep that in mind -- research, confirm and confirm again.  
 
The Help List:

• Internet\Web\Graphic designer:  We need intense graphics expertise for the build out of the website, and periodic project help. Must be able to view some sample works.
• Co-author:  We need a person to assist Jeff (who is an accomplished writer, so you're not starting from scratch) in quickly writing the book about Blowoutcongress.com. 
• Congressional news web crawlers:  We need people to gather, analyze and post Congressional news items to BOC.com each day of the week.
• Merchandise Operations:  We need a person to research, analyze and make recommendations on merchandise and fulfillment.
• Congressional profiles:  We need one volunteer from each state to complete individual Congressional member profiles for each of their members.
• State profiles:  We need one volunteer from each state to moderate the individual state discussion boards and to assist in coordinating volunteer efforts.
